The Acers Tennis Club is excited to announce our upcoming fundraising dance, "Acers Back in Time," aimed at rallying community support for our talented junior athletes. This vibrant event is an opportunity for everyone to come together and contribute to the development of our young players as they prepare for an exciting tour in December.
From December 6th to 13th, our team will be heading to Trinidad, followed by a trip to Guyana from December 14th to 19th, where they will participate in two significant tennis tournaments. Funds raised from this dance will go directly towards covering accommodation costs for the entire team during their travels, ensuring that they have the necessary support to focus on their performance and growth in the sport.
We invite the public to join us in this endeavor and recognize the importance of investing in our youth and junior development. Supporting these young athletes is crucial to their journey in tennis and helps foster a sense of community pride and encouragement for the next generation of champions.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our sponsors, including The Ministry of Youth Development and Sports, St Lucia Electricity Services Limited, Heineken St. Lucia, St. Lucia Distillers, and Barbay Ltd, Admac Ltd, Exel Signs, Euro Tools International Ltd, New India Assurance and The Oliver Gobat Sports Fund, for their support. We also want to acknowledge the dedication of our executive committee of the Acers Tennis Club, the support of the St Lucia Tennis Association, and all individuals who have played an integral role in ensuring the success of this initiative.
Join us for a night of fun, dancing, and community spirit as we work together to pave the way for our junior athletes. We look forward to a successful event and appreciate your support in helping our young talent reach new heights in their tennis journey!
